Team Tolerator Monthly News

To All the Men I've Tolerated Before is your weekly look at everyday misogyny!

Hey Tolerator!

Can you believe the holiday season is already here? We will be going on break soon, but we've released great content this month! Here is everything you need to catch up on for the month of November!

A Moment of Feminine Joy

Check it out!

My friend Kelli Perrault from The Pleasant Creative has been doing crafty virtual meetings on Wednesdays. Kelli sends out the craft instructions before we meet so we can gather materials. We then meet up and do the craft together! We're also free to do our own projects. It is open to anyone, so please join in on the fun!

New Patreon Series and Content

I am spending our holiday break doing a lot of revamping to our Patreon. We will be running a new series of bonus content called "The Misogyny Meltdown".

This series will bring you content where I can run wild about current events in the world and my life that reflect our problems with everyday misogyny. Our first Misogyny Meltdown will be open to the public and all tiers. We will be crowning our first Misogynist of the Year award. You can see our article introducing you to the nominees for free on our Patreon Page!

What to Expect from the Holiday Break

We will be on our 2023 holiday break from November 23rd-January 10th. Our feed and socials will still be active during the break. We will be running episodes of Still Comfy?, episodes from podcasts I love, and teasers/trailers from new exciting things from our Patreon and other collaborations!

November's Episodes!

Erica Smith and I discuss how Purity Culture has made lasting affects to the value of sex education we were offered when we were younger. Erica is the creator of the Purity Culture Dropout program that aims to provide support to people who are wanting to de-program from purity culture and take part in sex education that is queer inclusive, safe, and informative.Listen here!

Chelsea Devantez (Glamorous Trash host and television writer) is joining Natalie to talk about the importance of female celebrities’ memoirs. Chelsea has hosted the show Celebrity Book Club, now known as Glamorous Trash, since 2020. Natalie and Chelsea will talk about what has drawn them to celebrity memoirs, lessons they’ve learned about Patriarchy and misogyny through the stories of famous women, and how those lessons apply to their own stories. Listen here!

Julia Washington and I have collaborated for a brand new show. Drauma Dump will feature letters from our viewers about how their loved ones have disappointed them. Julia and I will spend the second half of each episode letting our inner rage fly and bringing these disappointing loved ones to task. We're yelling at your families, so you don't have to! All episodes will be released on YouTube every Friday. Subscribe here!

Follow Our Friends!

Julia Washington, our co-creator of Still Comfy? and Drauma Dump, is expanding Jelly Pops Book Club to include The Reading Salon. The Reading Salon will include both virtual and in-person events where book lovers can gather to read silently with one another. Join Julia's mailing list so you don't miss out!

Still Comfy? November

This month on Still Comfy? We covered Sister Act 2 and When Harry Met Sally! Still Comfy? Is live most Tuesdays at 4:30PM PT/ 7:30PM EST on YouTube. You can see all replays on the Still Comfy? Playlist!
